Meet Tarryn Labuschagne

(B Sci, Senior Physiotherapist)

Tarryn has been serving the community of Perth CBD for over almost a decade, delivering high-quality physiotherapy to clients wishing to live a better life. She places a special emphasis on those dealing with vertigo; she’s our resident dizziness clinician and has helped hundreds of people suffering from this disabling disorder.

Her Mum Inspired Her to Help Others

When I was little, my mum would always tell me I had healing hands and would make a great physiotherapist.” -Tarryn

Years later, Tarryn studied physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth. When she began her career at Royal Perth Hospital, she soon expanded her knowledge in the areas of vestibular physiotherapy and rehabilitation with an emphasis on acute dizziness and vertigo.

“My mum suffered from vertigo and had been in and out of the hospital for over two years, often with uncontrolled vomiting. Because of this, I became very interested in neurological physiotherapy and learned specific maneuvers of the head and neck that helped those with this terrible condition.”

Today her mum no longer has these life-altering symptoms; she’s vertigo-free. Tarryn has developed her own assessment and treatment protocols through a unique combination of vestibular and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Tarryn offers highly successful treatment for the following conditions:

  • BBPV
  • Cervical headaches and dizziness
  • Labyrinthitis
  • Postsurgical vestibular issues
  • Vestibular migraines and neuritis
