Meet Sharon Moh
Hi! I’m Sharon, a physiotherapist, and Yoga & Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people move and feel better. Like many of us, I believe that life is for living to the fullest, and the ability to do so lies in the joy and freedom in being able to do the things we love. However, injuries, pain or stress-related conditions have a way of putting a damper on this! So, whether it is to get back to a sport you love, or being able to play ball with your grandkids – I will help you get there so that you can do what you love and not miss out on the memories that give life meaning.
- MSc. Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from King’s College London
- BSc. Physiotherapy (Hons)
- Acupuncture Certification via the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Aquatic Therapy Certification via the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Certified Yoga RYT-200 and Pilates Instructor
Since qualifying as a physiotherapist, I have treated a variety of musculoskeletal conditions to include spinal, lower body, or upper limb injuries and post orthopaedic surgery. I have a specialist interest in hypermobility and have seen a range of patients from those who struggle with chronic pain to elite athletes. As someone who is also hypermobile myself and have experienced many of the associated symptoms, I personally understand the struggles as to why conventional exercises sometimes do not produce the expected results and have picked up actionable strategies over the years to help overcome this. It is also due to experience that I embrace a whole-person and holistic approach, as health and wellness is a whole concert and not a one-note symphony. I also have a special interest in breast cancer care and treatment for cording.
Outside of work, my friends and family describe me as an endlessly curious and fun-loving foodie who enjoys adventures, yoga, dance, aerial hoop, and pickleball.
